1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of liveprepared.org and its text, images, links, and other content (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is provided by Live Prepared Ministries (“Live Prepared,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Informational and Ministry Purpose
The Website shares information about Live Prepared, our beliefs, mission, preparedness principles, service objectives, and contact information. Website content may reflect our religious beliefs and values.
Using the Website or contacting us does not make you a member, beneficiary, employee, volunteer, agent, representative, or leader of the ministry and does not create a fiduciary, pastoral-counseling, confidential-clergy, professional, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
3. No Professional or Emergency Advice
Website content is general information only. It does not replace advice from a physician, registered dietitian, emergency manager, attorney, financial adviser, tax professional, law-enforcement officer, or other qualified professional. You are responsible for evaluating information in light of your circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional guidance.
The Website cannot predict every emergency and does not guarantee safety, survival, availability of resources, or the effectiveness of any preparedness practice. During an actual emergency, rely on current conditions and instructions from qualified authorities. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency number when immediate assistance is needed.

We seek to provide useful information, but we do not guarantee that all Website content is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every person, place, or circumstance.
Conditions, laws, safety guidance, and outside resources can change. We may update, correct, remove, or discontinue Website content at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
· Interfere with the Website’s operation or security, introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.

The Website and its original text, graphics, designs, logos, organization, and other content are owned by or licensed to Live Prepared and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for lawful, noncommercial purposes. Scripture quotations and third-party materials remain subject to the rights and permitted uses of their respective owners.
7. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Website may link to third-party websites, videos, social networks, government resources, or other materials for convenience or reference. A link does not necessarily mean that Live Prepared endorses the third party or all of its content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LIVE PREPARED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every person or circumstance. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE PREPARED AND ITS LEADERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST DATA, OR PERSONAL OR PROPERTY LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability determined to result from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or another nonwaivable obligation.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and at least 30 days for a response. Subject to applicable jurisdictional and consumer-protection requirements, an action arising from these Terms or the Website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Cache County, Utah.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
12. General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning use of the Website. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated.
